PUBG, One of the most anticipated and exciting game of 2019 with almost 50+ million users. We’ve faced several update issues long back in all the games, but these issues rarely occur on a mobile game. Now the mobile PUBG gamers are freaking out that the game has stopped working suddenly and it shows an “Internet error code: 154140712.“
Don’t worry, Many people face this issue after an update in the game. In this article, I’ll show you the exact steps to make your game back on action.
Go to settings app and select the wifi network you are connected to. Make sure your device is in airplane mode.
Next to your wifi name you can find a small encircled “I” icon. Click on the icon and you will be redirected to the wifi settings page.
Scroll down the settings page until you find the DNS tab. Tap on configure DNS. Make sure to switch the DNS to manual.
Under the DNS servers tab, Swipe from right to left on the default DNS settings and delete it. Now update the DNS setting by tapping on add servers to add either Google DNS or OpenDNS
- Google DNS – 18.104.22.168 (or) 22.214.171.124
- OpenDNS – 126.96.36.199 (or) 188.8.131.52
Once you’ve added the DNS server. Tap on the save button on the top right corner of the page. Bang! you’re done. Enjoy the game.
Tap on your settings app and Scroll until you find the Wi-fi and Networks.
Now tap and hold on your wi-fi network name. From the pop-up menu tap on modify network.
Enter the password for your wifi network if it is asked and select advanced options. Scroll down until you find the IP settings. You’re doing good! Now change from DHCP to static.
Now don’t get frustrated, You’ve reached your goal. Just 2 more steps!. Scroll little bit down and you’ll see DNS 1 and DNS 2. Now enter any of the two DNS given below:
For DNS 1, update with 184.108.40.206
For DNS 2, update with 220.127.116.11
For DNS 1, update with 18.104.22.168
For DNS 2, update with 22.214.171.124
Finally, Tap on the save button and That’s it. Feel like a Network Engineer? Great! now you can enjoy the game.
Method 2 (Android only)
Go to the settings app on your android phone. Then tap on installed apps or apps manager or application manager. The name varies from device to device.
You’ll be redirected to the list of apps. Now select PUBG from the list and clear its cache file. That’s it, you’re good to go. Enjoy!
